Amy, originally from the Midwest, spent time in Los Angeles, earning a journalism degree at Pepperdine and working with publications like HuffPost, POPSUGAR, and Darling Magazine.
Meanwhile, Gemma’s journey took her from Cambridge, UK, to Paris and Moscow, building a career in visual merchandising and honing an eye for style.

Breakfast at Jane’s Cafe on Third
We love starting our day with breakfast at Jane’s Cafe on Third. It’s tucked into the heart of Third Street South, and the courtyard is perfect for a quiet, relaxing morning. The garden seating makes us feel like we’re in our own little oasis, and the menu has everything from fresh, vibrant salads to indulgent pancakes. On mornings when we’re feeling light, we usually go for a fresh juice and avocado toast, but sometimes one of their fluffy omelettes calls our name.
Shopping Along Third Street South
After breakfast, we head to some of our favorite boutiques on Third Street South. It’s a beautiful area to wander, with plenty of charming spots to explore. A few of our must-stops are:

It’s hard to resist the call of the beach when we’re just steps away from Naples Beach. After shopping, we love walking down to the sand, taking in the fresh air and the calm of the Gulf. Whether we’re strolling along the iconic Naples Pier or simply kicking off our sandals and feeling the sand under our feet, this peaceful moment is always one of our favorite parts of the day.
Lunch at Food & Thought
For lunch, we usually head to Food & Thought, a spot that combines healthy, organic ingredients with a laid-back atmosphere. It’s one of those places that makes you feel good about what you’re eating—whether it’s a fresh salad, smoothie, or one of their delicious daily specials. The outdoor seating is perfect for catching up and recharging before continuing our day. It’s simple, wholesome, and always hits the spot.
Pampering at Paint Nail Bar
A little pampering never hurts, and Paint Nail Bar on Fifth Avenue is our go-to for a chic mani-pedi. We love that it’s eco-conscious and non-toxic, so we can indulge while knowing we’re making healthy choices for ourselves. The atmosphere is polished but relaxed—perfect for a bit of self-care in the middle of the day. We often choose soft, neutral tones that fit Naples’ coastal vibe, but they always have a fun selection of colors when we’re feeling bold.
Explore 5th Avenue South
After our spa time, we take our time strolling down 5th Avenue South. It’s one of those iconic spots in Naples, with its mix of high-end boutiques, galleries, and cafés. We love to pop into local shops and art spaces, browsing for inspiration or just soaking in the lively yet elegant atmosphere. Fifth Avenue always feels like a blend of classic Naples and modern luxury, making it the perfect place to wander.
Dinner at Dusk at The Ritz-Carlton
As the day winds down, we head to Dusk at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples for a stylish yet relaxed dinner. It’s the kind of place where you can sip a creative cocktail and enjoy fresh sushi while watching the sunset over the Gulf. After dinner, we love walking down to the hotel’s private beach to catch the last light of the day. Watching the sunset over the water is a moment we never tire of—it’s the perfect way to end our perfect day.
